At Brightway Dental, we’re committed to ensuring our patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey, including the payment process. We have put in place various patient-friendly measures to ensure a smooth treatment experience for all patients.
Assignment & Non-Assignment
We bill your insurer directly, provided your plan allows for assignment. In insurance, assignment means that your healthcare provider can receive the treatment fee directly from the insurer.
If you have dental benefits that don’t include assignment, we’ll help you fill out any forms you require to receive reimbursement from your insurer. Please note that patients on non-assignment plans are expected to meet the total cost of treatment on the day of treatment.
Non-Insured Patients
You can enjoy personalized dental care at Brightway Dental even if you don’t have dental benefits. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Personal Cheques and Money Orders. If you’re uninsured, you’re expected to settle the treatment fee through your preferred means on the day of your appointment.
While we’re always glad and willing to assist you with any concerns regarding payment and insurance, it’s worth noting that you’re expected to keep track of any changes to your coverage and inform us of the same. If you have any unaddressed concerns about your insurance plan, we advise calling your insurance provider in advance for clarification. Our staff will help you with all necessary paperwork and ensure you receive the dental care you require in a timely fashion.
